Profiles that have gone through the aging oven/artificial aging access are then directed to the washing and rinsing pool. This anodizing finishing process produces three color choices: Clear Anodize, Bronze, and Gold. The estimated time required for each cycle of this process ranges from 30 to 40 minutes. With a monthly production capacity, we can produce up to 120 tons of Clear Anodize, 95 tons of Bronze, and 1 ton of Gold.
