The cut billet is fed into the extrusion, then the resulting profile is pulled using a puller that ensures straightness. An extrusion machine with a billet diameter of 3.5 inches has a production capacity of up to 60 tons of profiles, while a machine with a billet diameter of 5 inches can produce 120 tons of profiles. With this capacity, the total production of our extrusion machines can reach 480 tons per month.
