The main raw materials, such as afalan, ingot, murani plate, billet scraps, and materials or profiles that do not meet production standards, are heated in a furnace at a temperature of 700℃-800℃. This melting process is carried out using two furnaces with a production capacity of around 1,200 tons per month. The end result of this process is an aluminum billet with a length of 6 meters, available in two diameters, namely 3.5 inches and 5 inches.
